Q. What are the 3 categories of speakers in the Bureau?
The 3 categories are, Professional, Authoritative and General.
Professional speakers are those who have learnt the craft of speaking either through a formal process such as Toastmasters or Rostrum, or have studied it through being mentored by an established recognised speaker, or studied within an association such as the Professional Speakers Association of Australia (PSA) or the Global Speakers Association (GSA).
These speakers have as their profession the art and science of engaging, informing and entertaining an audience. Many of these speakers will also hold, or have held a position of some significant authority, such as Commissioners of Police or Fire Services , or e.g. a Commodore in the Navy. As such they will attract the appropriate professional fee.
Authoritative speakers are those speakers that hold or have held a position of some significant authority, such as Commissioners of Police or Fire Services or, e.g. a Commodore in the Navy. And as Authoritative speakers they have significant experience as speakers presenting to a wide range of audiences and significant experience and qualifications for the position they hold or have held.
These speakers may not have the stage-craft of a Professional Speaker but because of their standing in their field and in society bring both gravitas and great knowledge and wisdom to their topic. A fee commensurate with such Authoritative Speakers is therefore accorded.
General Speakers are those that are both established and emerging and those affiliated with or supporting front line, military or medical personnel. These speakers may not hold or have held the top echelon within an organisation at the executive leadership level but are all nevertheless leaders in their own right within their own business or in an organisation.
And as such contribute with their many years of experience to bring stories of courage and leadership to be shared with other industries and organisations. Many of these speakers may also be available for presentations to clubs and associations at a nominal or reduced fee structure.

Q. Do your speakers provide live on-stage presentations as well as being able to deliver online (virtual) presentations and also hybrid presentations (those that use special virtual and stage presentation techniques) to provide the best audience engagement/participation both live and on-line?
Do Speaker Provide Live On-Stage and Virtual Presentations?
Most of the speakers in the ‘Professional’ category will have the capacity to do online (virtual) presentations with many having access to, or having their own studio set-ups to deliver quality online presentations.
In addition to the expert stagecraft that ‘Professional’ Speakers bring to their craft and their stage presentations, many have now also developed the new needed techniques to deliver a ‘hybrid’ presentation.

developed virtual presentation techniques that enhance the online audience engagement without losing the same effect for their live audience.
